• 3 tomatoes, cut up
  • 3 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dill

Mix well and chill.
Greek yogurt or stevia can be added.
